I am an artist living and working in Ohio. I have a B.S in Wildlife Biology and also took painting and drawing classes while in college. My main specialty is acrylic, but I also works in watercolor and ink. My artwork ranges from surrealism, to detailed and realistic wildlife art that is given my own interpretation through color and linework. I am inspired by the natural world around us and explores this relationship by merging elements of nature into all of my work. Over the past year I hae expanded on this theme and started incorporating natural materials into my paintings, such as insect wings, snake skins, and feathers, as well as man-made trash materials that I find while hiking.
